Sunday buns

2008-02-24 - Sunday buns - 2.5 dl milk, 25g yeast, a little salt, approx 6dl flour and large chunks of dark chocolate (as many as you like). Warm up the milk a little and add the yeast, knead in the other ingredients. Let the dough rise for 30min. Make 8-9 buns and let them rise for another 15min. Preheat oven to 250 degrees C. Bake for 8 minutes. Enjoy while they are warm.
